One Idea Can Change the World

Yesterday, Future Ideas 2026 came to life. Hundreds of association executives, meeting planners, and speaker bureaus in one room. Eight keynote speakers.

During my keynote, I shared The Creativity Code, a framework from my research with more than 18,000 professionals and my book, The Unexpected Power of Boundaries, to help leaders build teams that actually innovate.

The question I wanted every person in that room to consider is this: What's the shot that only you can take?

When you have clarity around risk and a culture that embraces experimentation, you stop waiting for permission. You take the shot. That's where true innovation happens
